Tucker O’Neil serves as an Equity Research Analyst at JAG Capital Management (JAG). His research coverage focuses primarily on the Healthcare sector. In addition to his research responsibilities, Tucker also plays a key role in overseeing transformative data and technology initiatives across JAG’s equity strategies. Prior to joining JAG, Tucker spent four years working at FactSet Research Systems in Chicago. He began his career at FactSet working on their Consulting Team before eventually transitioning to a role on the Sales Implementation Team. This experience laid the foundation for Tucker’s interest in solving complex problems by combining the power of technology and data analytics.

Tucker received his BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. During college, he completed internships at a small commercial real estate firm in Minnesota and on the corporate finance team at Cargill.

Tucker’s passion for healthcare research dates back more than 15 years when he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Since then, he has been an advocate for advancing research of the disease by raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) and volunteering to participate in clinical studies.

Tucker enjoys trying new workout classes, cheering on his Indiana Hoosiers, and spending time at his family cabin in northern Minnesota.
